Lynch Drucilla Collins Lynch, 50, wife of Larry William Lynch, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at her home. Born Feb. 10, 1962, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Leroy Eugene and Leila Mae Collins. Mrs. Lynch was a member of Green Acres Assembly of God. She attended Furman High School and was a graduate of the Sumter Adult Education Program. She was the co-owner/operator of L&L Cleaning Service for the past 17 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Heather Michelle Lynch of the home; two sisters, Madeline F. Brown and Marcell C. Hill (Larry), both of Sumter; one brother, Linwood L. Collins of Camden; numerous other beloved family members; and her “two boys,” KoKo and Gucci. She was preceded in death by four brothers, John M. Friel, William L. “Bubba” Friel, the Rev. Donnie Collins and E. David Collins. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Green Acres Assembly of God with the Rev. Michael Bowman and the Rev. Eddie Flemming officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Brown, Glenn Hill, J.D. Gowdy, Billy Friel, Larry D. Hill and Matt Brown. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home, 3311 Nazarene Church Road. The family would like to thank Dr. Ken Johnson and the staff of Santee Cooper Urgent Care and the staff of Hollings Cancer Center at MUSC for their compassion and care through the past eight months.
