| HIST | Vivian F. Hunt Vivian Farmer Hunt, 79, widow of the late James E. Farmer and the late Donald Hunt, died Thursday, July 7, 2011, at KershawHealth Medical Center in Camden. Born in Bishopville, she was a daughter of the late Lemuel Baker and the late Lena Oree Chewning Baker. Mrs. Hunt was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church and retired as a bookkeeper from Hapco Auto Parts. Survivors include two daughters, Susan Elmore (Claude) of Bishopville and Laura Doby (Kenneth) of Greenwood; four grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a step-daughter, Traci Hunt of Plainfield, Ill.; two brothers, Gilbert Baker (Ruby) and Archie Baker (Ruby); and two sisters, Oree Wilson and Joyce Clarkson (Jack). She was preceded in death by a brother, James Baker; and a sister, Margaret Taylor. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at Cedar Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. B.R. Wallace officiating. Burial will be in the Piedmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home and other times at the home of Claude and Susan Elmore, 383 Elmore Road, Bishopville. Memorials may be made to Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 2780 Camden Highway, Bishopville, SC 29010. Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home of Bishopville is in charge of arrangements.
