The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Rodgers of Manning, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Sarah Ann Poplin and the late Dr. F. Wayne Poplin Sr. of Manning and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry L. Rodgers of Sumter. She graduated from Central Carolina Technical College with an associate of science in nursing. She is employed by Palmetto Health Tuomey as a registered nurse. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Keefe of Sumter, and the grandson of Mrs. Joan Ballew and the late Mr. Joel B. Ballew of Cayce and the late Mr. and Mrs. A.C. Keefe Jr. of Lake City. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science in physical education. He is employed by Simpson Hardware. Pastor Neal Sweet of Home Branch Baptist Church officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Mrs. Dwan Beach, pianist; and Stephanie Wells and Mr. Russell Anderson, vocalists. Escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless, chapel-length gown adorned with ornate lace and a beaded sweetheart neckline. She carried a bouquet of blush-colored roses and hydrangeas. Mrs. Courtney Lucas and Mrs. Lori Jordan served as matrons of honor.
