| HIST | Dave Poston PAMPLICO — Dave Poston, 54, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, in a Florence hospital after a sudden illness. He was a loving and devoted father to his two sons and they were the center of his life. Mr. Poston was born in Hannah, SC, a son of the late Darthan J. and Thyra Gaskins Poston. He was employed by DuPont in Florence for 28 years where he was a maintenance specialist. He was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Hannah. He loved hunting, fishing and playing golf and was a avid Gamecock fan. Surviving are his two sons, Jonathan David Poston and Jordan Madison Poston, both of the home; caregiver, Rose Ann Daniels of Pamplico. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2010, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be in Gaskins Cemetery.
