Hutchinson, Aline Martens DisplayFullObituaryText Aline Martens Hutchinson CAMDEN - Aline Martens Hutchinson, formerly of Camden, South Carolina, died January 12, 2017. She was predeceased by her husband, "Hutch" Hutchinson, and brother, Louie Martens. She is survived by her three children, Carole (Hutch) Koch (Billy), Herb Hutchinson (Kathy) and Donna Runey (Pat); seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; her sister, Rosie Derrick; and brother, Otto Martens. She was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She was a music major at Newberry College. She always had a great love of music, taught piano and played the organ at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church. Aline loved sports and was a dedicated coach's wife. She faithfully followed the Gamecocks and the Atlanta Braves. She was an active member of many church and music boards and the love of the Lord always took first place in her life. The family would like to thank The Haven and the wonderful caregivers who took care of her while she was there. A visitation will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21 at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church in Camden, South Carolina. A memorial service will follow in the sanctuary.
